Support & maintenance

Ad-hoc support:

We assist our clients with ad-hoc support as required.  An hourly rate is charged.  Billed at the completion of work, or for clients with frequent support needs, at the end of each month.

Pre-paid support packages available at a discounted rate

Ad-hoc support: $100 per hour + GST

Basic support & maintenance package

Every three months:

  • Upgrade WordPress, themes, plugins; resolve any conflicts as necessary
  • Examine logs and identify any potential issues that may be occurring, and apply repairs/patches as necessary
  • Quick security checkup
  • Quick backup checks

Every month:

  • Quick test of major website functions & visuals, to ensure everything is still running smoothly
  • Includes one hour of general website support  (covers any issues / enhancements you request during the month)

Peace of mind:

  • We use website uptime monitoring systems that will watch over your website and let us know when critical issues occur, so that we can be pro-active in fixing those issues quickly, potentially before you are even aware an issue has occurred.

Premium support & maintenance package

Every month:

  • Upgrade WordPress, themes, plugins; resolve any conflicts as necessary
  • Examine logs and identify any potential issues that may be occurring, and apply repairs/patches as necessary
  • Quick test of major website functions & visuals, to ensure everything is still running smoothly
  • Security checkup
  • Backup checks  (and if your system doesn’t already provide automated backups, we will install our own automated backup solution)
  • Includes two hours of general website support  (covers any issues / enhancements you request during the month)
  • Prepare and send monthly report: summarising issues which have been resolved, monthly tasks actioned, and any important things we have noted that require your attention
